Please review our office hours before requesting your appointment time. A member of our staff will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the first available date!
We ask that you are at least 5-10 minutes early so that we can complete the new patient registration process. If you cannot keep your scheduled time, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Missed appointments not only delay your treatment, but they prevent that time from being used by someone else.
Be advised your appointment time is not finalized until we have confirmed with you.
